The Armadale Line Upgrade Alliance (ALUA) is an Alliance partnership between Acciona Construction Australia, BMD Constructions, WSP Australia, AECOM Australia and the Public Transport Authority (PTA). The Alliance is delivering the Victoria Park-Canning Level Crossing Removal project which will, elevated three sections of the rail line and remove six level crossings, create 5 new elevated train stations and create new publicly accessible spaces within the rail corridor.

What we are looking for:
We are recruiting for a Senior OLE Engineer (OLE Lead) to manage and support the delivery of our upcoming OLE scope working broadly within our Rail Infrastructure team which are also delivery signaling, communications and operational technology works.
Lead and interface regularly with our design partners to deliver a cost effective, buildable design
Assist with scope development, quantities and provide input to the overall construction methodology and sequence
Oversee site establishment and start up activities that relate to your area of control
Lead and manage a small team of experienced engineers and work closely with our onsite supervision
Interface with other discipline leads to ensure a planned and well sequenced program
Complete month end reporting, forecasting and budgeting
Oversee and manage your procurement, plant, equipment and resources
Conduct short- and medium-term planning
Ensure overall quality management including all necessary documentation
Work collaboratively with our internal stakeholders, subcontractors and local community groups to achieve a best for project outcome.
Required Skills and Competencies
A tertiary qualification in engineering or equivalent with previous experience delivering OLE works
Detailed knowledge and recent experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of OLE
Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
