- Investigate structural failures thoroughly, examining components and materials closely.
- Offer technical expertise to Project, Production, and Maintenance teams as needed.
- Ensure operations meet regulatory requirements and internal standards for quality and safety.
- Develop effective remediation plans for structural issues as part of our asset integrity program.
- Maintain consistent structural standards across projects within the organization.
- Assess and enhance the integrity of structures at our smelter for durability and safety.
- Improve structural performance by integrating new technologies and enhancements.
- Assist with drafting, ensuring engineering designs meet high standards and are communicated effectively.
- Manage Structural Engineering requests to align with organizational goals.
- Provide technical advice during incident investigations and budget planning.
- Review consultant engineers' work to ensure it meets organizational standards.
- Prepare clear reports for internal decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Foster stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration, delivering value to the business.
