About this opportunity
This is an exciting time to join Pioneer, as we embark on a digital transformation with multiple projects underway and training and development a priority. This role is responsible for leading a team of Trainers and L&D Specialists in the design and delivery of technical training as well as Organisational Development solutions that meet individual and organisational needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the Leadership team to deliver strategies and programs to build and support individual, team and organisational capability, ensure compliance, drive cultural change and increase team member engagement.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the development and implementation of learning programs including scoping, development and delivery of training modules that develop organisational capability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support talent management and team and individual development.
- Own and manage the Learning Management System, including eLearning content design and delivery.
- Ensure compliance training is prioritised along with reporting for audit and risk committee requirements
About You
To be successful in this role we would expect that you would have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs
- Experience in building leadership development programs
- Ability to build and foster relationships across a multidiscipline workforce.
- Your super power is in people leadership, with the ability to drive higher performance within a cohesive team
