Working within a supportive team with an exciting program of works influencing the development of culture and capability, the role of Senior Organisational Development Specialist plays a direct part in driving our growth and success, implementing organisation development frameworks and initiatives to enhance our people's development and culture.
The Senior Specialist is responsible for facilitating various initiatives across the business, offering expertise and guidance across an array of Organisational Development projects. The role balances best practice and fit for purpose solutions, ensuring that initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with business strategy.

About you
Our preferred candidate will offer a degree qualification in Organisational Psychology, Education or HR (or similar), coupled with demonstrated 5+ years experience as an Organisational Development practitioner, successfully implementing Organisational Development initiatives and frameworks.
Your creative flair and ability to facilitate workshops and communicate, collaborate and build and maintain partnerships across the business, with a focus on achieving results and driving initiatives will see you succeed in this role.
You will offer project and organisational change management expertise, with an excellent track record and focus on executing programs in line with business strategy.
