Senior Owners Corporation Manager - 110K- $120k + Super
The opportunity awaits to join a friendly, collaborative and supportive team of strata professionals as our newest Senior Owners Corporation Manager!
This high density strata portfolio comprises <8 OC's and ~1,200 lots, with no crazy backlog or immense issues pending.
Working in the eastern suburbs of the CBD you will have the tools and support you need to thrive with also potential future career progression into a team leader position!
Portfolio made up of mostly residential, high end apartments, in CBD & local to the office.
Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends. Parking Provided free at office.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own strata portfolio of <8 OC's, residential with some mixed use commercial, as described above
- Handle emails and/or enquiries
- AGM's and Meetings
- Oversee maintenance and other day to day running of the portfolio with admin and accounts support
WHAT'S ON OFFER:
- $110,000- $120,000 + Super
- Car parking free on site
- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone etc. are provided if required
- 1 to 2 days per week work from home, from the start of your employment
- High End portfolio with career progression into Senior / Team Leader Roles
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Strata Management Experience ideally on similar high density portfolio
- Excellent communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
- Willingness to succeed and expand portfolio size
