About the Organisation & Clinical Lead Position

Due to continuous growth here in Perth, we're looking to add a passionate and experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to the team. Work closely with Clinic Managers and other Discipline Clinical Leads, playing a vital role in clinical leadership and team growth across the Perth region.
- Provide guidance & assistance to therapists in your area of practice
- Set the standard of treatment pathways
- Implement strategies for therapy and team growth
- Work within a interdisciplinary manner for the best service outcomes
- Mentor and support junior clinicians reach their full potential
- Work with Clinic Managers to improve clinical education programs
- Provide support across various clinics in Perth
- $95,000 - $110,000 + super + CPD + company pool car
- Flexibility with work hours - school hours / WFH options
