We're Looking for Passionate Individuals Who:

  • Possess a strong sense of empathy and dedication to child-first services.

 Selection Criteria:

  1. Qualified, experienced Allied Health Professional with AHPRA registration 
  2. Minimum 5 years clinical experience working as an Allied Health Professional (Physio, OT, SP, rehab counsellor or registered psych/ clin psych)
  3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children/ adolescents who have either suffered serious injuries or who have complex disabilities, and their families.
  4. Understanding of brain injury and its effects on a child/adolescent and their family.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and complex negotiation skills.
  7. Knowledge of the Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Lifetime Care and Support scheme and a willingness to be an Approved Case Manager (Lifetime Care and Support).
  8. Current unrestricted driver’s license.
