A bit about your role
The Senior Manager Partner Manager role is a newly created role position within the New Developments Partnerships team and has end-to-end accountability for building and managing a portfolio of strategic programs & initiatives for the Partnerships Function, with the goal of driving profitable growth, optimal CX and efficiencies. The role will manage relationships across external parties (eg utilities, construction, technology and engineering partners) and internal teams to drive delivery and results.
The Senior Manager, Partnerships will play a critical role in ensuring that New Developments partner programs are delivering mutually beneficial value for nbn and its partners, including representing the objectives of New Developments and nbn to external partners, and ensuring that the customer experience for industry partners is taken into account internally.
The role will also have accountability for operational oversight of the programs to ensure milestones are met, and nbn is adhering to the performance, operational and governance requirements for Partnership initiatives. This includes managing nbn partners in accordance with the New Developments strategy and frameworks.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you then you will have exceptional program delivery skills, strong senior stakeholder management and experience in working effectively in a matrix structure where they will be required to influence and guide individuals who are not direct reports to deliver results.
Degree qualified, candidates will have 10 years experience in telecommunications with a strong understanding of the Australian telecommunications industry and regulatory environment as well as a strong understanding of the Australian property development industry and regulatory environment.
