The Role:
This is a part-time, temporary position, running to the end of April with an immediate start. Reporting into the HR manager you will be able to hit the ground running, working autonomously, with a great attention to detail. You will have experience in managing high volume pay runs, updating employee records and managing any enquiries.
You will be responsible for all payroll related duties such as:
- End to end payroll processing of weekly pay for both hourly and salaried employees
- Processing new starters, terminations, retirements and resignations
- Strong understanding of awards interpretation
- Monitoring time and attendance
- Resolve any queries relating to payroll
- Employees compensation administration
- Maintaining and updating personnel records
- Previous experience in a Senior Payroll Officer role.
- Previous experience with Preceda or Sage is desired
- A passionate and positive attitude can do.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
