Be part of the team that's up for the challenge of transforming lives for good.We are currently looking for a Track Supervisor to work on our rail contract based at our Claisebrook Depot, East Perth, WA. The role will be to lead and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve positive outcomes.The role will pre-dominantly be nightshift hours however dayshift will be required from time to time as well as weekend shutdown works.Keys Skills:
- Safety oversight of worksites in line with John Holland Safety Management Systems and Public Transport Authority Network Safeworking Rules.
- Assign tasks, provide direction, and monitor performance of teams to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Effectively communicate with team members, upper management, and client representatives to coordinate activities and address issues.
- Ability to interpret of drawings/plans/codes of practice/scopes of work etc
- Ability to provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational requirements within budgetary constraints.
- Completion of Inspection and test plans and Track Handback Certification/Entry Into Service paperwork
- Certificate III in rail infrastructure
- Track Certifier Role
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a track supervisor
- PO3 safeworking accreditation for the PTA metro network
