Your opportunity
Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service, in an ever-changing environment where no two days are the same? We have a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team. We are a small, high performing team that administers the fortnightly payroll process for Redland City Council staff using SAP Success Factors and EC Pay. You will be instrumental in actively contributing to the culture of the organisation by delivering outcomes that align to the corporate values and ensure effective service delivery to customers.
You will work closely with the organisation to accurately deliver payroll activities using SAP Success Factors and EC Pay. Your contribution to the team would include undertaking some of the following activities:
- Interpretation and application of industrial agreements.
- Accurate entry of data and record keeping management.
- Responding to customer enquires via phone or email.
- Review and development of operational procedures.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Other administrative duties as required.
- Calculation of employee entitlements.

Eligibility
- Desired Criteria
- Experience in payroll processing and administration
- Experience using Success Factors or EC pay
- Previous track record in excellent customer service
