The business supports hybrid working with most employees working 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home. The RoleThis purpose of this role is to support a well-established Payroll team. They have a close-knit environment that share similar values around inclusivity, superior customer service, learning/development, and a dedicated work ethic. This is a busy payroll that will require someone who enjoys the hustle and bustle of working with such large volumes. Located in the inner South Eastern suburbs the business offers 2 days WFH each week. Initially a temporary role to support some structural changes, however there is scope for longevity pending performance. You will be responsible for:End to end processing of company payrollsSetting up new starters, adjusting employee details, terminationsProcessing time sheetsPayroll reporting (entitlements, summaries etc.)Interpretation of EBA's & Awards in line with current legislation as requiredHandle payroll queries (both over the phone & via email)Assisting with superannuation & payroll taxAssisting with payroll audit requirements Your ProfileThis role is well suited to an ambitious Payroll Officer who wants to grow their career.A great attitude is a must, you will be joining a highly successful team environment that will hold you accountable to delivering to a high standard.
