In this position you are required, but not limited to:
- Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Guide staff through the implementation process and offer training
- Support the wider team with technical and customer queries
- Implement payroll product - plan, review and set up new client on system.
- Strong experience as a Payroll Specialist/Manager.
- Strong experience in process mapping, process improvement and risk analysis & mitigation.
- Strong Award interpretation and payroll compliance experience.
- Ability to review and develop best practice processes with a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to lead meetings, workshops or related presentations.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
