The Role:
Our Senior People and Culture Business Partner will be instrumental in the day to day running of the People and Culture team. This role is a 12-month maternity leave contract covering the People and Culture Manager. Initially reporting to the People and Culture Manager (once the Manager is on leave, you will be reporting into the General Manager), you will be responsible for:
• Assisting to manage the People and Culture team
• Recruitment of staff
• Management of performance
• Providing accurate advice and support to all stakeholders within the business
• Managing Leadership Training/Coaching
• Completing projects as agreed

The candidate:
We looking for someone with:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a generalist P & C role (essential)
• Experience in a similar position with strong ER/IR experience
• Relevant HR qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work alongside and adapt to various personality styles across a variety of people
