Let's talk about the role you'll play towards our success.

We have a contract role for a Senior People & Culture Advisor. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will partner with our management team to provide guidance and advice across the employee life-cycle. This role will be supported by the HR global team and operate as part of the broader People and Culture team globally.

No two days in a high growth scale up are the same, but these will be your key responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and advice to leaders and team members across the employee life-cycle, including employee benefits, leave policies, employee performance, conduct issues, grievances and investigation.
  • Partner with the CEO to align people growth strategies with budget expectations.
  • Drive workforce planning for short and long-term needs.
  • Provide business partnering across the employee life cycle, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Coach leaders on effective performance and development sessions.
  • Contribute to a high-performance culture fostering inclusion and employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify and celebrate high performers and outstanding work.
  • Provide guidance, support, and tools to HR Business Partner and P&C team members.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues and risks.
  • Identify people/talent opportunities for improvement with the Leadership Team.
  • Conduct systematic reviews of P&C policies & processes, sharing best practices.
  • Supporting various HR initiatives, including engagement activities, employer branding, employee recognition programs, workforce planning and performance appraisals.
  • Working with Senior Management to develop and execute the P&C strategy, policies and practices and continue to enhance the effectiveness of Till's strategy
  • Provide strategic advice, direction, and support for business change.
  • Overseeing payroll processes in conjunction with the Finance function.
  • Policies and Procedures - Developing and maintaining and providing guidance on people policies and procedures that comply with relevant employment laws and regulations. Streamlining and simplify people processes to make them more efficient and employee friendly.
  • Oversee offboarding procedures, exit interviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Proven experience in an HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
