About The Role:
The Senior People Systems Consultant position has system ownership and governance of HRIS systems. The role is responsible for overseeing the management of all aspects of HRIS administration including maintenance, system upgrades, reporting and data integrity. This position is also responsible for providing insights and intelligence through timely data analytics, reporting and modelling using people data, and is the owner and subject matter expert for HR data and metrics across the organisation.
Due to an upcoming HRIS project, we are seeking to backfill our Senior People Systems Consultant position. We're moving into an exciting phase where a new master solution will be available. Your role will be to use your problem-solving acumen and detail orientation to solve the organisation's puzzles and fulfil the people-reporting data our various stakeholders require. The position can be located either at our Bendigo City campus or a Melbourne site (Cremorne preferred). The position is available on a 12-month fixed term basis.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience, including knowledge and skills over a broad range of activities
- Extensive experience and understanding of HR Information and Reporting systems
- Highly developed influencing, relationship building and customer service skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to deal sensitively with employees, and effectively engage stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through critical thinking and a high work ethic.
- Experience with working effectively in teams, including achieving goals by contributing to the integration of resources, processes, systems, people, and policies.
