Senior Performance Test Analyst (JMeter)Location: Melbourne/Adelaide/PerthWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Performance Test Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing Performance Tests to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems and applications.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Performance Test plans and test cases to evaluate system performance under various load conditions.
• Utilize industry-standard Performance Testing tools such as JMeter to conduct Performance Tests and analyze results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system architects, and business stakeholders to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during test execution to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Generate detailed Performance Test reports and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in performance tuning activities to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Performance Testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Key Requirements:

• Overall 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing of complex enterprise systems and applications.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Testing tools such as JMeter
• Strong understanding of Performance Testing methodologies, including load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Groovy for test automation and performance monitoring.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester - Performance Testing or equivalent are a plus.
