Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist Dispensary Manager to lead our pharmacy team at the Healthyworld store in Coomera. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, possess strong leadership skills, and have a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote health and wellness initiatives within the community.
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in pharmaceuticals, and changes in regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution with minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including dispensing protocols, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of coaching and developing pharmacy staff.
