We're currently working with a scaling company, within the fin-tech industry, who are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Engineer to join their team.
It is a start-up company who has successfully launched their app and has been gaining great traction within the market. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious developer to become part of a scaling platform that has a strong executive team in place to shoulder major growth.Key responsibilities:

• Create software solutions using Laravel and AWS
• Worked closely with a product team to understand requirements and scope of full lifecycle
• Efficiency in building restful API's
• Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Build and manage automated build/test/deployment environments
• Use DDD, Design patterns and advanced Git to produce maintainable code.
• Building high end platforms and architecture.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge in the backend and PHP area - 5+ years
• Strong understanding of the Laravel ecosystem
• Strong AWS experience
• Mature DevOps background - Terraform, K8s, Docker
• Experience with a scaling a high traffic platform in the past.
• Solid Architectural design approach
