Our good friends at Sales Development as a Service (SDaaS), are looking for dynamic "BDRs" who will thrive in a stimulating work environment while enjoying the balance of working part-time - from anywhere.Who are you?Well, while some sales background is handy, their best operator is an ex-chippy with the right attitude. So, more than likely, people will tend to describe you as:
  • A quick learner and commercially savvy;
  • Good at juggling multiple priorities at the same time;
  • Very goal-driven and energetic;
  • Self-confident but not overbearing;
  • Someone who is excited to be meeting, over the phone, with business owners and decision-makers;
  • A creative and adaptable thinker;
  • Comfortable in taking charge of situations when needed;
  • Resilient;
  • Pro-active and keen to take the initiative;
  • Good at reading both people - and the facts; and
  • Methodologically able to approach the process in a well-organised way.
If they do, and you have either 3+ years' experience in B2B solution sales, or, you've been thinking that maybe sales might be in your tea leaves, then we'd be keen to meet!The gig?Ideally, it'll see you working 16 - 24 hours per week, from wherever you are (2 members of the team are roaming the country with their caravans and kids.)In simple terms, you'll be running a clever, low-pressure cadence of activities from email to texting to LinkedIn outreach to calling - all with the intention of booking sales meetings for SDaaS clients (including us here at Justified Talent!). You can do that from wherever you are. Your days will see you:
  • Making telephone calls – in terms of outreach and cadence
  • Sending emails - in terms of outreach and cadence
  • Sending text messages - in terms of outreach and cadence
  • Running LinkedIn activity - in terms of outreach and cadence
  • Accurately recording the outcomes and actions.
  • Doing Research before calls and outreach
  • Securing quality outcomes in terms of booked meetings and outcomes based on each client outreach and cadence campaign.
