These roles provide Physiotherapy services to patients in the clinical specialty area of Acute Care including Emergency Department, General Medicine, Acute Medical Unit, Acute Care of the Elderly using advanced Physiotherapy clinical practice skills. Supports the Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department and P3 Senior Physiotherapist in providing supervision to the P1 Physiotherapy staff in the unit/clinical area, including allocating clinical duties and in managing performance. Acts as a Physiotherapy clinical consultant/resource to Physiotherapists and other health professionals. Plans, implements and evaluates patient safety and quality of care.
We currently have a one year full time fixed term vacancy in our Acute Care of the Elderly Ward at FSH commencing late June 2024.
This recruitment pool will be used for similar vacancies in Acute Care across both Fremantle Health site and Fiona Stanley Hospital.
This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time, fixed term part time and casual appointments.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/10/2025.

Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service.
