About Us:
The Role:
You will put your leadership and supervision skills to excellent use with a team of Physiotherapists, whilst also maintaining your clinical skills with your own caseload. Continued learning is embedded in our culture, and you will be encouraged to continue professional development in your passion areas.
You will have:
- Experience leading and growing a physiotherapy service
- Experience in managing a paediatric caseload, providing advanced level assessment and intervention to children with disabilities and/or developmental delays
- Self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of each client, as well as the team
- Passion for supporting and empowering families in regional WA
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience or an interest in continence in paediatric physiotherapy

- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, and current registration with Physiotherapy Board of Australia
- Experience managing a general paediatric caseload
- Experience in assessment and providing intervention for children with disabilities and/or developmental delays
- Self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of each client
- Passion for supporting and empowering families in regional WA
- Passion and commitment for quality allied health care and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Effective time management, problem solving skills and experience in caseload management
- Completion of 100-point identification check, Current Australian drivers’ licence, the ability to obtain a WA Working with Children Check and the ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check
