Position: Part-Time Marketing Manager
Location: Gold Coast / Main Beach
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced part-time Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns to elevate brand awareness and drive engagement. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives, including social media management, public relations, event coordination, and offering marketing support for our small business clients.
Hours: We are looking for approx 25 hrs in office per week. Can be flexible with days. We are offering part-time employment. We are also open to sub-contractor/freelancer work also.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.
-Manage social media accounts. This includes IG, TikTok, FB Groups, Threads, X, Pintrest, YouTube, Reddit etc
- Creating engaging content and fostering online communities on social platforms.
-Manage relationships with media and influencers.
- Establish a calendar of publication for social media.
- Reach out to influencers if necessary.
-Create newsletters using MailChimp and manage the database.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
-Analyse marketing data and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
-Stay current with digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.
-Coordinate events and seminars.
-Guide and assist partners in their marketing strategies.
-Write copy, press releases and blog posts
-Plan product launch campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for skincare and beauty.
Basic graphic design skills needed
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MailChimp, video, and photography editing.
Understanding of skin biology will be a plus.
