Scope & Overall Purpose of the Job:
As a Senior PMO Analyst at Team Global Express (TGE), you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to oversee and standardize PMO practices and the Delivery Framework across TGE. Your role will focus on driving continuous improvement in PMO processes, tools, and templates, developing and implementing reporting standards, and managing the implementation of an enterprise portfolio management solution.
You will provide high-quality analysis and performance reporting to help business units and IT decision-makers understand project health and impacts. Additionally, you will offer insights from project data for governance forums and establish effective relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive the consolidation and implementation of processes, methodology, and framework supporting project delivery and business outcomes.
- Standardize and continuously improve project delivery processes, tools, and templates ensuring they are fit for purpose.
- Oversee the implementation of a portfolio management tool to ensure quality execution and standardization of project activities.
- Engage with the Project Management function to develop the QDC (Quality, Delivery, and Cost) Framework and conduct Post Implementation Reviews.
- Provide education and guidance on PMO services, ensuring consistency across all projects.
- Support and advise IT stakeholders in program and project analysis, highlighting key messages and discussion points.
- Drive innovation and change across the IT Innovation Portfolio Planning function, enhancing team capabilities.
- Deliver insightful analysis of portfolio data for senior stakeholder decision-making.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree qualified, with post-graduate qualifications preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- Experience in analyzing complex issues in project/program delivery and improving outcomes.
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of Information Technology and relevant methodologies.
