The Senior Policy Officer, Service System Design – Infant, Child, and Youth (Age Streaming and Community), leads the design of key reform components required to establish new Infant Child and Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Services, and to build a responsive and integrated mental health and wellbeing system. To be successful in this role, you will be a high performing team member with strong policy development and systems thinking skills; complemented by superior communication, problem solving, and project management capabilities. You will also have experience in monitoring program budgets, analysis and presentation of data, and ability to work flexibly to respond to a range of emerging issues and evolving priorities.

Qualifications and Specialist Expertise
Qualificiations - A tertiary qualification in fields related to public policy, project management and/or public health is desirable.
A demonstrated record of achievement in developing policy or providing policy advice on initiatives and a sound understanding of the Victorian health system would be advantageous.
