We’re looking for a Power Systems Engineer to join our Future Energy Group. GHD has rich expertise in delivering projects for clients through EPCM, EPC, Owner’s Engineer and other delivery models in Western Australia and elsewhere. This is complimented by our local team’s strong pedigree in the end-to-end power system design which includes generation, transmission, distribution, renewables, battery energy storage and hydrogen technology. Located in Perth, you will work with a team of highly experienced engineers and project managers and be engaged our local, interstate and global operations.  This position offers good variety of work and will see you involved in:Developing and significantly growing GHD’s presence and market share across the power industry, in particular the Power Systems planning and analysis.Providing support to power projects being delivered across Australia.Developing power system models for connection of the generators, loads, and storages and configure them to align with the local and national regulations.Generating models, studies and reports for network services providers, the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), developers and industrial clients.Supporting project managers and bid coordinators to prepare successful proposals for wining new work.What you will bring to the team:Qualifications in…
