Our Client, a leading homelessness service, is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join their team based in the ACT.
This role will involve;
- Deliver crisis intervention, transitional assistance, and outreach support within a structured case management framework, which encompasses the creation and implementation of individualized case management plans
- Proven ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors and navigate crisis situations
- Possesses resilience and adaptability, capable of responding positively to challenges and remaining flexible in the face of change
- Proficient in communication, with the ability to adjust communication styles to effectively engage various stakeholders
- Ideally Bachelor level qualified in Social Work, Social Science or Psychology (Diploma level in relevant field may be considered)
- Excellent experience in case management including managing risk assessments, case plans & reporting
- Ideally have a background in AOD, Mental Health or Domestic Violence
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current WWVP and undertaking a National police checks.
