Senior Principal Planner
Our Great Places & Spaces team is growing and we are now seeking a Senior Principal Urban Planner to lead a diversity of projects in master planning and strategic and statutory planning, offshore wind, BESS, airport masterplans and onshore renewables.
The Great Places & Spaces team deliver planning, approvals, urban design and visual impact assessment services. We now need a Senior Principal planner to provide planning and approvals advice to complex projects across south-east Australia.
About you

• You can lead and manage projects in a consulting environment, ensuring delivery to time, quality and budget
• You enjoy being part of a high performing team and are ready to make your mark in our journey to net zero
• You are comfortable preparing proposals and scoping work with clients
• You have experience providing planning and approvals advice on complex projects in the residential, health, commercial or infrastructure sectors
• You write and review clear and concise reports and have a knack for coordinating specialists
• You enjoy the hustle and bustle of consulting, and have the ability to pivot to client requests
• You are organised and a clear communicator
• You have at least 15 years' experience and knowledge of the Victorian planning system
• You hold tertiary qualifications in urban planning or a related discipline
