- Fantastic salary package (we pay a solid base salary commensurate to your recruitment experience).
- Commission that’s calculated and paid monthly, and you start earning 50% comms for any billings over $40k (find us another company that pays 50% comms on $40k+ – we’ll wait).

- Work aside, we get together at least twice a year in a casual setting just because. Past locales for this have included Noosa, Surfers Paradise and McLaren Vale.
We’ve got brick and mortar (shared) offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and keep active in interstate markets. We’ve grown 125% YoY which you should read as your sign you’ll make money with us.
As for responsibilities, we’re not going to insult your intelligence with a cut & pasted job description. If you’re an experienced recruiter, you know exactly what you’ll be doing. You’ll just be doing it in a supportive environment, with a more lucrative comms structure, and cooler coworkers.
So, who might you be?
We’re not rigidly looking for XYZ years of experience however we do want someone with demonstrable track record as a Senior or Principal Consultant who exceeds their target. We are looking for someone senior enough to stand on their own 2 feet (with support, of course) who has the ability to build a strong desk in a growth market.
Attitude. Hunger. Motivation. Resilience. That’s about it. Tick those 4 boxes and you’ll go far with us, and make a mint along the way.
While solid knowledge of the Aussie Cyber Security market would ensure we fit each other like a glove, it’s not mandatory.
