About the Role: Jefferson Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Consultant to join our dynamic and experienced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing long-term client accounts and developing new business opportunities across multiple automotive brands in a fast-paced and ever-evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing long-term clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and assisting with any requirements or needs for their fleet.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and enhancing the dealership's market presence via the sale of vehicles across our brands.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the fleet department.
- Brand Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends across all represented brands (Ford, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, ŠKODA, Mahindra).
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to Fleet Sales, including quotations, sales contracts, vehicle invoicing, general administrative paperwork, database management, and report generation and presentation creation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients is delivered to their expectations and KPI’s
Required Skills and Experience:
- Automotive Dealership Experience: Previous Fleet Sales experience in an automotive dealership is essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for managing client accounts and sales processes.
- Drive and Motivation: A high level of drive, motivation, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets is a must.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a target and objective-driven environment, adapting to the changing market and industry conditions.
