AddressThis role has a major focus on leading and defining day to day internal control activities and supporting the business with risk & compliance requirements for those processes.Work involves the analysis of complex business issues, business process re-engineering, implementation and issue resolution activities associated with this major transformation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Developing process maps and gaining approval through stakeholder ratification
- Meets with project leads, systems owners, and end users to define interim operating model, business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals.
- Control design and uplift to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
- Support business transition and change management activities
- Support the integration of future processes and identify process dependencies
- Providing support and advice where process improvements are required
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Process Analysis experience in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent expertise in running process mapping workshops with stakeholders
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Prior experience supporting business transition and change management activities
- Lean 6 Sigma certified or experience implementing the Lean 6 Sigma process flows and best practices
