Senior Process Analyst - Risk And Compliance

Demand increases for those with Process, Controls and Lean 6 Sigma experince.
 
We are seeking experienced Senior Process Analyst with Risk and Compliance experience to work with stakeholders from senior executives to operations, Risk and technology teams to deliver uplift initiatives.
 
There are multiple positions available starting in July that will offer a 12-month engagement with a hybrid working approach.
 
You will develop professionally and have exciting hands-on experience to address business focused programs, in addition to technology and system uplift initiatives against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 
 
Experience required for this role include:

• Lead, define and manage day to day internal control activities to articulate and document detailed end to end operating processes across impacted business areas in support.
• Support Business and Risk & Compliance engagement to design efficient and practical controls for processes and providing support and advice on interim manual workarounds and/or combinations of full or partial information Technology solutions.
• Control design and uplift to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
• Support business transition and change management activities
• Work with the team, business areas and other operational support areas to implement the new processes and the new controls.

Lean 6 sigma certified and experience implementing the Lean 6 Sigma process flow and best practices highly desirable
