Form of workOur client, a global mining company, has an exciting opportunity to join their operations in beautiful WA.
The role will be a permanent/full-time role with relocation assistance on offer.
The incumbent will be responsible for providing daily technical support and short-term technical improvements that support the operations of the site.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for –
- Analysis of process and consumable efficiencies including optimisation
- Supporting the Production Manager with technical analysis, trouble-shooting, monitoring and process/ product efficiency
- Production, processes, metallurgical accounting
- Support and management of production data and databases
- Identifying anomalies within the process control instrumentation
- Supporting graduate Process Engineers to develop their skills
- Communicating and engaging with stakeholders
- Delivering on Process Engineering related minor projects.
- Confident in managing production data and databases
- Championing process safety within the business.
- Attending to on-call requests for the plant
The successful candidate will have -
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical / Chemistry/Process Engineering or another relevant discipline;
- 5 years post graduate experience in process engineering, ideally gained within a similarly complex fixed plant environment
- Strong working knowledge of Australian standards
