Senior Process Engineer

role will be to lead the process activities on water and wastewater projects across the planning, feasibility, design and delivery stages, and support the Design Manager or Project Manager on larger water infrastructure projects. This will involve working across multi-disciplinary teams and geographies. When joining the Water business at Arup, you’ll be joining one of the biggest communities in our firm. The Opportunity Accountable for significant and complex activities or projects including predicting and planning future resources. Responsible for the performance and development of others by providing guidance, training, motivation, and direction to staff. Take a longer-term strategic view of the business and contribute to the development plan of Arup. Setting budgets and negotiating agreements with customers and suppliers to achieve financial targets. Is this role right for you? Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering in Chemical / Process Engineering or similar area. Relevant industry experience in Process Engineering in the water and wastewater sector within a consulting business environment Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) The ability to effectively manage clients, influence, differentiate and develop market opportunities, and act in a mentor capacity to motivate junior team members will be highly regarded.
