AddressWhat you’ll do:
- Process engineers focus on developing and implementing processes design to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Plan the operation process of production equipments to reduce manufacturing costs, enable personnel to use machines correctly and reduce failure rates
- Evaluate the overall performance of new equipments and implement it into the production line
- Perform regular maintenance on production equipments to ensure smooth operation of the machines
- Adjust the machines to improve machine productivity and reduce production costs
- Debug production equipments, analyze process problems, examine the causes of errors, such as overload, excessive temperature, etc., and find solutions
- Increase and improve workplace safety by production line design
- Preparation and arrangement of Working Instruction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Above 5 years in experience in electronics factory engineering project management
Skills:
- Production line yield analysis, monitoring and improvement
- Formulate operating procedures and improve production efficiency
- New product trial production and process introduction and stable production
- Proactive, detail-oriented & organized.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Willing to work under pressure and proactive in learning.
- Can-do attitude
