Senior Procurement Manager, ANZ

As the Senior ANZ Procurement Manager based in Clayton, VIC, you will lead the team responsible for driving ANZ procurement performance across all spend areas, managing procurement operations, and supplier relationship management.
You will also develop the ANZ organization to be an expert in the supply markets to serve all SBUs in the countries.

• Be part of the ANZ leadership team and attend ANZ leadership meetings representing Procurement.
• Develop and execute ANZ sourcing strategy with agreement to Regional Sourcing team and key stakeholders. Lead the team to achieve the strategy implementation.
• Contract management and negotiation to secure the most advantageous terms through bidding, and vendor sourcing.
• Build and develop key stakeholder relationships to understand their operations and Procurement requirements and to influence them, where needed to drive the “one PPG” agenda.
• Ensure the lowest total cost of ownership across all spend categories through continuous development and execution of PPG’s Strategic Sourcing Process and Negotiation Model.
• Supplier relationship management which includes understanding the importance of suppliers in the PPG portfolio, developing relationships with suppliers' executives, and managing, and resolving escalated issues.
• Take responsibility for evaluating and managing supplier performance including OTIF, quality, service, and cost.
• Develop innovative sourcing approaches using effective tools, e.g., cost models to determine scenarios, benefits, risks, and change management impact of each of those options.
• Take accountability for process compliant,
• Build an efficient team and focus on people development.
• Sustain and further develop a performance culture with PPG's way of lead.

• Bachelor or equivalent degree majoring in chemical.
• 10+ years of experience in relevant purchasing, sourcing, or coating technical.
• 8-10 years of experience in a people leader role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive team engagement.
• Focused and performance-driven by results.
• Ability to be agile in change management and transformation.
