Senior Product Delivery Manager

As a Senior Product Delivery Manager in the Run, Change and Deliver team in Commercial Lend & Grow, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver key simplification and proposition enhancements to the Lend & Grow product portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring that the people and organisational impacts of projects and change efforts are effectively managed, thus helping projects to meet business, schedule and budget objectives.

As a Senior Product Delivery Manager, you will also have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to ensuring product improvements, customer migrations and critical Product Delivery initiatives are planned and delivered safely, materially improving customer and banker experience.

• Help to deal into significant complexity, solving complex technology and business problems to provide improved product propositions designed by the Product team with Commercial Lend & Grow.

• Work across platforms and business units, looking end-to-end across the change process to deliver value for our customers.

• Ensure that the work is strategically aligned to Lend & Grow priorities, engaging broadly to align and manage interdependencies.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Prior experience in leading complex projects including managing implementation and transition to BAU.

• Experience and expertise within Commercial business’ value chain, data and technology landscapes, and delivery processes.

• Business Analysis: Translating business requirements into solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact.

• Strong understanding of ADF & PPM principles, business/technology change management and governance processes.

• Ability to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders.

• Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses.

• Successfully built a network of strong and influential relationships and influencing key stakeholders across business and tech partners.

• Expert understanding of Agile principles and expertise in tools like Jira & Confluence.
