The Company
JRG Recruitment is a newly established, small, boutique company that specialise in permanent recruitment of Construction professionals.
The majority of our placements are made in Sydney however we have placed candidates into our clients businesses in Regional NSW, QLD, ACT and SA.
The Role
Reporting into the business Director, you will be assisting with providing them with top quality Construction talent to be considered for client vacancies.
Key responsibilities for this role?
- Review of client job descriptions (when provided)
- Writing and placing adverts on SEEK via our linked Database - JobAdder
- Daily review of new SEEK applicants
- Utilising SEEK Talent Search to search for new talent
- Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter to search for new talent
- Conduct detailed phone interviews and source candidates effectively
- Format resumes on a JRG Recruitment template to a professional standard
- Perform reference checks and employment verifications
- Provide updates to candidates that are being represented from JRG Recruitment through their application process
- Manage and update candidates efficiently on our database - JobAdder
What are we looking for?
- Essential - Minimum 4 + years local (Australia) experience in Recruitment Resourcing (Specifically Construction Recruitment)
- Essential - Experience in Construction Recruitment
- Essential - A master of phone interviewing candidates... The art of drilling down or 'peeling back the onion' to find out all the accurate and true information about the candidate at the interview stage
- An energetic, motivated, and proactive Recruitment Resourcer - Someone that leaves no stone unturned!
- Someone who is looking for an opportunity to get in at the "Ground Floor" of a new recruitment business, and grow over time.
- Work with integrity and dedication to forge strong relationships with candidates
- Someone who is self-sufficient, likes to work either autonomously or as part of a very small team
- Someone who is a self starter - JRG Recruitment will set you up to be Working From Home.
