WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a driven Senior Product Designer to joining our growing design team. You will be a champion of our users needs, understanding their challenges and working closely with Product and Engineering to create a high-quality and consistent user experience across your domain.
- Take ownership of end-to-end UX processes and champion our users needs with your team
- Form a deep understanding of our users needs informed by UX research and insights
- Use data and insights to drive design decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering throughout the design process to identify new opportunities to improve our products
- Plan and conduct UX research to inform design and product decisions
- Facilitate design workshops with multidisciplinary teams across the business
- Craft design solutions that work for the user and meet business goals
- Ensure our journeys meet the user needs whilst being consistent across our products
- Communicate and present various stages of design development to team members and other business partners.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
- Qualification or experience in Interaction Design, Computer Interaction, Behavioural Psychology, or another related field
- Expertise in user research, end-to-end design process, conceptualisation, UI prototyping, user testing, and implementation
- Experience in service design and systems thinking. You are able to think holistically across all touchpoints
- Expertise in using a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods, to measure design impact.
- Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and other designers to deliver product strategy and meet business goals
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro and other related tools
- Able to build strong working relations with peers
- Well organised and pragmatic problem solver who is motivated to create great user experiences
