Senior Product Designer

B2B focused end-end product design role with an ASX listed company, 3 days WFH, CBD office location.

About the Company:
Our client is an ASX-listed company and one of the largest in its industry, employing over 5000 people throughout Australia and with over 4 million customers.
About the Role:
-6 months initial contract with the possibility for extension or to be made permanent.
-Hybrid working arrangement, 2 days in the Barangaroo office, 3 days WFH.
-Fully end-to-end role - you will work on all aspects of the design process from research and discovery to testing and delivery.
-You will be part of a small design team responsible for the B2B digital products, therefore B2B experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
-Engage in market and user research to ensure designs align with market/business needs.
-Wireframing, sketching, low and high-fidelity prototypes and development of visually appealing UI assets which address specific business workflows.
-Create positive and efficient user experiences for B2B users.
-Testing to validate design decisions and make necessary adjustments.
-Stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Who we're looking for:
-Figma whiz
-Must have experience designing B2B digital products
-Collaborative and true team player who is willing to chip in when needed to meet deadlines.
-Comfortable working in a delivery-focused environment.
-Experienced working in complex and fast-paced environments.
- A strong portfolio of work to show and discuss during the interview phase.
