These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.The RoleAs a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences and helping define the product design strategy. You will have a deep understanding of design principles, user research, and how to translate user needs into intuitive and delightful designs. You will have experience building SaaS products in a hyper-growth startup environment. You will also have a firm grasp on design systems, accessibility, and the challenges of designing for complex products. Your superpower is bridging the gap between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create innovative and user-centric solutions. You thrive in challenging situations and appreciate the dynamics of a flexible, flat-structured work environment. You are quick to grasp the nuances and complexities of designing AI products for healthcare internationally.We know that brilliant people can come from unlikely places; if you have a proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences and innovative designs, regardless of industry, we want to meet you.What you'll do:Work both independently and collaboratively with other designers to create beautifully thought out UI with delightful UX that solves user problems and achieves business goals.Be great at taking the complexity out of the hands of users, and solving challenging problems in innovative ways.Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback on both product and brand work created by other designers in the teamConduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.Seamlessly hand over designs to engineers and complete design QA to ensure pixel perfect implementationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Sales and more, to align on product vision and implementation.Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.Help improve and maintain Heidi's design systemAdvocate for user-centric design principles and accessibility best practices throughout the organization.What we'll look for:Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design skills and a user-centric approach.Minimum 4 years experience designing complex SaaS products, bonus if you have experience in healthcare or B2B products.You must be an expert at Figma, and know your way around other design tools like the adobe suite.Detailed knowledge of design systems, design ops, and design governance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams.Bonus points for knowing your way around product tools like Linear, Notion, Posthog and Intercom.Bonus bonus points for knowing your way around basic front end code (html, css, js).A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, methodologies, and technologies.A love for amazing softwareWhat do we believe in?We create unconventional solutions to difficult problems and we build them fast.
