Senior Production Estimator

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Home Estimator to join the DRHomes team.

The Role and Responsibilities:

As the Senior Estimator your main responsibilities will include over seeing our Production estimating team which is based in Thailand, you will provide sales estimates and costings when required to the sales team, you will be involved in creating BOQ's for site files to go to site for construction, you will provide costings to our CSO's for variations when requested which will be provided to our client, issue orders to our suppliers when needed. This is an all round estimating role both Sales and Production.  

Skills and Experience required:

• Well organised with strong communication skills
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry as a Production Estimator
• The ability to read and understand plans
• You will be an experienced user of Buildxact or a similar estimating software
• You will be a user of Onsite Companion or a similar workflow software
• Be committed to providing excellent customer service
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Must take pride in personal presentation
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Current drivers licence
• Holding a relevant building qualification or trade certificate would be an advantage
