About the role
The Professional Clinician contributes to the development of advanced techniques and methodology by undertaking more complex Nuclear Medicine procedures using specialised equipment to perform a range of clinical diagnostic medical imaging examinations and by participating in research programs and quality assurance programs. The Professional Clinician provides professional direction to Nuclear Medicine and junior Technologists, undergraduate students and work experience students.
Qualifications
- A degree in Medical Radiation (Nuclear Medicine) or its recognised equivalent.
- Statement of Registration from Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Licensed under Radiation Protection and Control Act SA (1982)
- Postgraduate qualifications in specialised areas of imaging.
- Current undertaking of a continuous professional development education program to suit requirements of AHPRA registration.

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working with Children Check
