Senior Project Administrator

• Progression into project management with hands on support from senior management 
• Early starts at 7am 
• Work across a variety of commercial projects

Join a leading electrical and communications contractor based in Osborne Park. The purpose of this role is to provide Senior Project support, administration, and coordination to the Senior Management and Project Management teams. 

Duties;

• Prepare project documentation including but not limited to tender take-offs, site folders, and completion manuals.
• Prepare and submit project variations, project progress claims, and service job invoices.
• Maintain client compliance portals, site-based personnel details, licenses, and induction requirements.
• Data entry of monthly service test reports.
• Creation of purchase orders/work orders.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• General administration as required.

About you; 

• Previous experience in project administration within the electrical industry is essential 
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Simpro knowledge is desirable. 
• Fire Industry experience is desirable. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
