Senior Project Architect / Project Lead

Work for/with a national design brand in world famous Prahran. Ever growing design firm have secured further educational work and need you!

The Role:
As a Senior Project Architect/Leader, you will be responsible for delivering multiple educational projects, ranging from $5-20 million dollar. The projects range from concept through to delivery. Your role will involve leading a team of graduates, documenters and Architects to deliver exceptional projects through to completion. You will have 90% control of each project with a senior associate/director having a back seated overview.
Requirements:

• At least 8 years local experience (registration isn't important).
• A proven history of delivering multiple educational projects (primary and high school with special facilities) at one time.
• VSBA experience would be beneficial.
• Strong delivery skillset.
• Strong Revit capabilities (overview role).
• Good eye for design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven history managing various people to a high level.
• Must be able to manage stakeholders and set expectations.
• Good attitude.
• Team player.
