Senior Project Architect / Lead

Your role will involve leading a team of graduates, documenters and Architects to deliver exceptional projects through to completion.

OUR CLIENT

My client is an established Australian Architectural practice with several offices across Australia and soon to have an international presence.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Project Architect/Leader, you will be responsible for delivering multiple Industrial projects across Australia. The projects range from concept through to delivery. Your role will involve leading a team of graduates, documenters and Architects to deliver exceptional projects through to completion. You will have 90% control of each project with a senior associate/director having a back-seated overview.
REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 years of local experience (registration isn't important).
• A proven history of delivering multiple industrial projects.
• Strong delivery skillset.
• Strong Revit capabilities (overview role).
• Good eye for design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven history managing various people to a high level.
• Must be able to manage stakeholders and set expectations.
• Good attitude.
• Team player.
