Senior Project Coordinator eager to embark on a new and exciting opportunity within Technology.
This person will help lead and manage business operations, which includes working across Commercial Management, Governance and Policy, Audit
& Compliance for the Enterprise Quality Services team.Your key responsibilities may include:
- Oversee the contract lifecycle, managing contract administrative tasks including managing invoice payments.
- Building a strong and collaborative relationship with the vendor and business stakeholders.
- Ensuring that the business/vendor governance activities are structured, organising contractual documentation, maintaining accurate records, tracking milestones, deliverables & review dates along with proposing process improvements.
- Support recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers on requirements, and conduct onboarding activities as the primary point of contact.
- Support Risk management activities, across the Enterprise, including identifying, accessing, and remediating issues to ensure the mitigation of potential risks.
- Assist in maintaining the assurance, currency and adherence of policies, standards, controls, and procedures owned by Enterprise Quality Services.
- Participate in audit reviews, ensuring the validation of findings and presenting outcomes clearly and concisely to stakeholders until conclusion.
- Facilitate effective communication and comprehension of policies and standards across the organisation, fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness.

What do I need?To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the below skills:
- Interpersonal skills that enable you to communicate and manage relationships across the organisation - from vendor partners, peers to stakeholders.
- Proven supplier and vendor management experience.
- Experience using metrics to measure, influence and initiate change and behaviours that directly impact Enterprise Quality Services' success.
- Demonstrated experience/knowledge in Regulatory and/or Compliance requirements.
- Proven problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills to ensure underlying problems are identified and addressed with a clear plan.
- 3+ years' experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong time management, workload management and organisational skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and assess risks effectively.
- Experience in issue management, governance, or compliance is preferred.
