Position Overview
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality project coordination services across the entity’s Digital Court Program. The position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, focused on a significant modernisation of the courts’ business applications.
Duties
- Working as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, undertake project management and coordination activities focused on the delivery of robust, supportable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Working with the Project Manager and other senior team members, contribute to the delivery and iterative improvement of robust, transparent, accountable project practices.
- Undertake project activities in line with the Digital Transformation Agency’s Digital Service Standard.
- Adhere to the Court's change management, security, release, maintenance policies and procedures, including ITIL framework.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination of project management activity in a complex technical environment, using modern software design and development principles, including Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with a range of project team members and stakeholders across the Entity to ensure that critical quality, cost and schedule objectives are met.
- High-level communication skills, including an ability to communicate complex concepts using straight-forward language.
- The IT Division is geographically dispersed and experience in working in such teams is essential.
Other Requirements
Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications in IT would be well regarded.
