We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our expanding team.
The role will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and development of the product, ensuring it meets all the current safety standards and is completed within design deadlines.
- Managing and mentoring a team of specialist engineers.
- Ensuring the mechanical configuration control, including defining and enforcing configuration control procedures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into overall systems.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Ensuring compliance of all designs with relevant engineering standards and regulations
- Maintaining records of all design decisions made during the process.
- Identification of potential design flaws and providing solutions to improve the design.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering or similar.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Lead Mechanical Design Engineering role.
Experience in mechanical design
Proficiency in MicroStation software
Experience in Creo software design
Proficiency in CAD software, Inventor-desirable.
Experience with Inventor is desired
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
