AddressDue to recent project awards our client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer to join their growing team in West Perth.
As a multi-disciplinary company with a proven track record in delivering small to large scale EPC and EPCM projects in the resources sector our client are specialists in Design and Construct of mineral processing, hydrometallurgical facilities.
The client are known for investing in people, understanding clients' needs, and having a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
The role will provide technical support and guidance to the Project and Construction team on the day-to-day operations of the site and maintaining required registers and documentation, ensuring satisfaction of contract prerequisites of all engineering activities, design project, framework, and procedures
In the role you will :
- Surveys item structure for consistence and security adherence to organisation guidelines, client contract prerequisites, and ensures completion within deadline.
- Assisting Project / Contracts Manager.
- Overall project planning and scheduling.
- Assist in managing project budget.
- Ensuring the requirements of the Contract are being satisfied.
- Provide daily progress reports to Project / Contracts Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering qualification or equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience working in a similar role.
- Postgraduate degree in construction management (desirable).
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction projects.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
- Effective organisation and planning skills
